These prison deaths in New Zealand prisons can’t be allowed to continue. The government instituted double bunking so they must take responsibility for the killing and must themselves be charged with the killing by negligence.
New Zealand is a shockingly violent country and the worst place for someone to be murdered is in a prison cell where they can’t defend themselves or get away from their attacker. There must be accountability for this by the prison service, the courts, corrections and police!
